How do I reorder my contact lenses?
Our easy reordering system makes it super simple for you to reorder your contact.
(1) Simply hit the reorder button on the top right of every page
(2) Hit the reorder button next to the previous order you want the same as (3) Product will be added to cart and you can now checkout. Simple right!
How do I order if I wear a different product in each eye?
If you wear different brands in each eye, start by selecting the brand you wear in your right eye. Enter the prescription for your right eye, and then uncheck the box next to "Left Eye". When you are done with the right eye, continue by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to the shopping cart and see the prescription you entered for your right eye. Now select the brand you wear in your left eye. Uncheck the box next to "Right Eye" and enter the prescription for your left eye. When you are done with the left eye, continue by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to the shopping cart and see the prescription you entered for your left eye. That's it, both eyes done!
How do I claim a voucher/ discount/ coupon code?
Once you have added your product to cart on checkout you will go through a few steps until you reach the payment process. On the payment page you will see a section on the right hand column to enter a discount code. Insert your discount code here and your discount will be applied. Do I need a prescription to place an order?
Yes. We require a valid prescription for every order. If you don’t have a copy of your prescription, you can still order contact lenses from us. After you submit your order we will act on your behalf to quickly verify or obtain your prescription information. We are required by law to verify your prescription with your doctor. This helps to ensure that we provide you with the correct contact lenses in your order.
How do I order if I don't have a copy if my prescription?
To find the correct information for your contact lens order, just look on one of your contact lens boxes. Your contact lens box will have a brand name and your prescription information. Please see the example below to find your prescription on your contact lens box. If you are unsure click here and we'll assist you in locating your prescription.
Want to send us a copy of your prescription and get your order faster?
We want to get your order to you as fast as possible. Here’s how to make that happen: (1) Snap a picture of your written prescription with your phone. (2) Email it to email@example.com (3) We'll get back to you with a ready to pay order. That's all there is to it!
How do I check the status of my order?
First, be sure to sign into your account! You can easily check the status of your current and past orders by clicking on the “Track Your Order” tab on the bottom of every page. You can then simply enter your order number and your status of your order will be shown.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
It may take up to 48 hours to process your order as we have to verify your script. Delivery is usually anywhere from 1-5 working days, however suppliers are sometimes out of stock and the delivery may then take a bit longer.
How much does delivery cost?
We don't think you should be paying for delivery, therefore delivery is free on all orders!
What is Eyesupply's return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. You can return any order, as long as the contact lenses are sealed in their original packaging without any damage to the box. We will collect the product from you for a return free of charge.
Can I claim from my medical aid with Eyesupply?
Yes! Since we are registered with the Health Board of South Africa and then Optometric Assosciation you can claim off medical aid. Click here to read how to claim from medical aid.
Can I pay for my order through my medical aid savings?
We do not integrate directly with medical aid systems to offer this, however claiming off medical aid is simple. How can I make payment?
We offer payment via Credit Card or EFT. Simply select your preferred payment method on checkout.
Does Eyesupply sell the same name brand contact lenses like my optometrists?
Yes, you receive the exact same contact lenses as you would from your eye doctor, including all of the major brands like Acuvue, Soflens, Air Optix, Biofinity, PureVision, Dailies and Proclear as well as hard-to-find specialty lenses such as toric, coloured, bifocal, multifocal and disposable contact lenses.
What if I can’t find my contact lenses on the website?
If you can't find your contacts on our website, it may mean that we only sell them in a direct capacity. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
How do I sign in if I can’t remember my password?
I want to try a new brand of contact lenses but I have not worn these before. Can I do this?
Wearing a contact lens brand that works for you is always advisable. If you are looking to change lenses it is best to get in touch with your optometrist and who can fit a trial lens to make sure you are happy with your new contact lens brand or type of lens.
