You can claim for any order purchased from EyeSupply through your medical aid.
We are a registered optometry practice in South Africa, registered with both the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).

After placing your order, you can claim
directly from your medical aid. We don’t submit claims on your behalf.- Just fill in the form below—we’ll email
you a medical aid invoice and attach it

Which medical aids are you registered with and how do I know when they’ve paid me?
Your invoices can be submitted to all major South African medical aid schemes.
Your provider will email you to confirm how much you've been reimbursed, 3–7 working days after you submit your claim.
Medical Aid Running Out?
Many medical aid optical benefits reset at the end of each year and don't carry over. If you still have funds available, now's the time to stock up on your contact lenses. Order from EyeSupply, and we'll send you a medical aid invoice to claim back from your provider.
Medical Aid Form
Fill out the form below with your medical aid details. We will email your medical aid invoice a few days after your order is delivered. You can submit this medical aid invoice to your medical aid provider. Your provider will reimburse you directly should you have funds.
PLEASE NOTE:
You'll need to check out and pay EyeSupply directly for your order to be processed. You can then claim the cost back from your medical aid, who will reimburse you subject to your available benefits.
