What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are always happy! If your contact lenses arrive torn or faulty we will replace them at our cost.
We can assist you with replacement lenses provided that the box is not opened, or tampered with.
Please note we can only credit you or refund you on faulty products provided you keep at least 1 lens from the box on hand and return it to us. If a contact lens cannot be returned for our suppliers to investigate the defect, we cannot credit you for the return.
If you are not happy or made an error on your purchase we will assist you in getting the right contact lenses to you. We do charge a R100 return and redelivery charge if the reason for return is at the fault of the customer.
How do I return my order?
If you received torn contact lenses, faulty contact lenses or the wrong order you can return your order by simply emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with returning your order to us.
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return any order within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
When can I expect a refund/ exchange?
Once we have received the product in our warehouse from you it usually takes 1-2 working days to process it. We then can reissue you with new lenses within 1-5 working days from this. If you request a refund we process it and it can take anywhere from 3-5 working days for your bank to process it.
