Alcon Temporary Shutdown

We always do our best to make your lives easier when it comes to ordering your contact lenses. But with any business, sometimes things happen that are out of our hands. 

As you are aware Alcon shutdown for a period over October.

Since they have re-opened there have been further delays from their side with regards to processing orders. We, therefore, expect a further 2-3 week delay on some orders which they do not have stock of. All orders in stock will be delivered immediately.

Unfortunately, this is something outside of our control and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
