COVID-19 is impacting all of us—as individuals and as communities—in unprecedented ways.

At EyeSupply, we sell products and provide services that enable vision. We realise what we do is critical for your everyday life, and we are committed to standing by you during this uncertain time.

  • You can still shop with us: Our e-commerce platform will remain live. We are continuing to fulfill orders as per normal, so that you can easily buy your contact lenses wherever, whenever.

  • For tasks which cannot function without people being at work: We have followed the World Health Organisation’s guide on getting our workplace ready for COVID-19, and put all these recommended processes into place. We have implemented on-site health, safety and hygiene plans as well as staff education.

  • All suppliers and delivery services are following best hygiene practice: We have contacted all parties involved in making sure you receive your contact lenses timeously, to ensure they have been briefed in and are following applicable health & safety guidelines in their businesses.

  • Our team is here to help: We will continue to provide you with exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
