For tasks which cannot function without people being at work: We have followed the World Health Organisation’s guide on getting our workplace ready for COVID-19, and put all these recommended processes into place. We have implemented on-site health, safety and hygiene plans as well as staff education.
All suppliers and delivery services are following best hygiene practice: We have contacted all parties involved in making sure you receive your contact lenses timeously, to ensure they have been briefed in and are following applicable health & safety guidelines in their businesses.
